Want a custom web design? Your in the right place. I make one page or multi-page web designs to suit any need. Prices start at $20 and go up depending upon what you want. You can tell me exactly how you want it, or you can let me design one from scratch. I can use anything you want used in the design as well. If you know what colors you want, but don't know what you want it to look like, that's quite alright, I will design something myself, and you will be satisfied with your order! I also offer moderating services for a fee.
Base prices are as follows:

1 page web layout - $20
Multi page web layout (up to 5 pages) - $50, and $5 a page after that. Discounts given for websites with a lot of pages!
Different layout every page - $30 for the first page, then $10 per page.

Website prices can change radically from one project to the next. Send me an email and tell me exactly what you are looking for, how many pages you need, ect., and I will give you a price.

*I can only get you a domain name for $10 if you do not currently have a website, and you are having me build your website from scratch* The website add ons are ad supported, if you do not want ads on your extra services, you will have to pay a fee.
Don't even have a website? No problem! I will build you one! If you need me to build you a site, simply tell me, and add $10 to your order for the domain name, and a fee for building and uploading your layout (fee's vary depending upon how large of a website I will be building and putting together for you.) In order for me to build you a site, you must purchase a layout from me, then you can choose to moderate the website yourself, or you can have me moderate it. Here are my moderating fees:

Regular Moderating - $50 a month - Basic moderating. I fix any bugs that are found, as well as update and edit pages for free. If you purchase Regular Moderating, you will receive 1 free banner.
Super Moderating - $75 a month - All of the above, as well as setting up and moderating an email account for the site. I moderate the emails, and send you the important ones, getting rid of the spam and misc. emails. If you purchase Super Moderating, you will recieve 1 free profile layout!
*Best Value!*Super Plus Moderating - $100 a month - All of the above as well as advertising on various websites, banner exchanges and more. If you purchase the super plus moderating, you will receive one free profile layout a month! Profile layouts are a one page design used for myspace or other online communities.

Most of the money you pay me to moderate your site goes towards site fees, some fees that you will have to pay even if your moderating the site yourself. You simply pay me a small fee so you don't have to bother with the technical stuff, nor do you ever have to worry about messing up the coding.

The processing time for most things is currently 1-2 days. Many things can be done within an hour. Processing time's vary based on how speedy communication between the two parties is.
You will be notified if your project will take longer to complete than that which is specified by this website.
